Karin Xander was born and raised in Lima, Peru and became a Dentist graduating in 1996 running her own business practice. She moved to USA in 2006 to marry her loving husband and had 3 beautiful kids. While here in USA, she pursued a license as a Dentist. Went to OSU while pregnant with her first child finishing the first year of school, then decided to get her license as an Expanded Functional Dental Assistant. She has meet wonderful people through out these years and keeps in touch with them regularly. She currently working in a dental office full time and is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty.

Her goal is to guide people through real estate transactions, and make it easy for them to find or sell their home or investment property. She loves one-on-one interaction with people from day one until the end. She is bilingual, (English/Spanish) and ready to help you all the way of the process, step by step.
